We would supply you with a design concept based on your requirement. We would advise if planning permission was or wasn't required. Building regulations are always required and we would give you a cost of obtaining building regulation approval. We would work out the proposed cost of your extension and send you a report with a breakdown of the costs. All of this information is provided for a sum of £495.00. Plus should you use our service for planning permission or building regulation approval we would reduce our fee by £250.00 ​
